There's a difference  between putting a property on the market and implementing strategies to get it sold.

There are also many ways to sell a property.

What we do, first and foremost, is endeavour to understand your situation, what you are hoping to achieve out of the sale, and what you want from us.

Some clients are very private and prefer a silent, off market sale, some are at the opposite end of the spectrum and may love the excitement of an auction. Most, however, are more traditional and like the security of going to market with a price.

These things are not dependant on the property but on you.

Listening is the first step, and only then can we effectively start working for you.
